CHECK-IN / CHECK-OUT TIME & DAY USE ROOMS

Check-in and check-out is 12 noon. Early check-in & late check-out subject to availability. In the month of December the check-out is 10 AM, and check in at 12 noon.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Full refunds available on cancellations received 7 days prior to the date of arrival.
50% refunds available on cancellations received 3 days prior to the date of arrival.
No refunds available on cancellations received within 3 days of the date of arrival.
In the event you do not utilize your reservation (no-show) or fail to cancel prior to the stipulated time period, there will be no refund granted.
No refund for cancellations on bookings from 20 Dec '10 to 10 Jan '11.

Restrictions

Consumption of tobaco is not permitted.
Guests with kids are requested to take extra care of the apartment.
If you want to smoke, please go outside to the balcony or the sit-out and smoke.
